Anishinabe Creation Myth

This line of prints is inspired by Jay's work featured as part of the Canadian Museum of History's new signature gallery the History Hall. The History Hall exhibit chronicles Canada from creation to the modern day and begins with an animated video on a massive 20 foot LED display that details the Anishinabe creation story; when the otter spirit, Nigig, stepped up and volunteered to show the Anishinabe how to live in harmony and unity, and swam to the center of earth retrieving a piece of dirt that would grow to become Turtle Island. Take home a piece of OUR history!
